Description

Features Coating: High-quality shimmering diamond Dimensions: 2.6 mm diameter, 25.4 mm shank length Grit: Fine grit (red) Usage & Compatibility The D16 small flame drill bit is ideal for precise, gentle work on the cuticles and the nail plate. Its fine grit (red) is perfect for delicate preparation, ensuring it doesn't irritate the skin or weaken the natural nail. Thanks to its slim, tapered shape, it allows you to reach lateral folds and nail contours with total precision, guaranteeing uniform and efficient preparation. The high-quality shimmering diamond coating extends its lifespan, although diamond bits do have a limited functional life. When a bit requires increased pressure to remain effective, we recommend replacing it after approximately 60 uses. This bit is compatible with professional e-files and is suitable for both right- and left-handed technicians. See the "Protocol" tab for more details.
Protocol:
Using the Small Flame Bit - Red - D16
-Select the bit based on the material or work surface.
-Unlock the safety ring of the e-file.
-Insert the bit without pushing it to the bottom.
-Lock the safety ring of the handpiece.
-Adjust the rotation speed according to the task.
-Apply moderate pressure and use a suitable angle for precise filing.
-Once finished, unlock the safety ring and remove the bit.
-Follow cleaning and sterilization protocols before the next use.
-Maintenance and recommendations
To maintain the bit's efficiency, it is recommended to use a Nylon Brush to remove embedded dust and debris.
When changing the rotation direction, the e-file must be completely stopped.
If the bit breaks inside the handpiece, it can be extracted using a powerful magnet after unlocking the safety ring.
