Usage and Compatibility
The D8 barrel bit is designed for the efficient yet gentle preparation of the natural nail and precise cuticle cleaning. Its fine grit (red) allows for precise, controlled work, making it ideal for perfecting the nail plate before applying gel or semi-permanent polish.
Its diamond coating ensures excellent durability, though diamond bits have a finite lifespan. When a bit requires increased pressure to be effective, it is recommended to replace it. On average, a diamond bit can be used approximately 60 times before needing replacement.
The 3 mm barrel shape facilitates easy access to the nail contours and allows for smooth work without creating ridges on the nail surface. This bit is suitable for both right- and left-handed users and is designed for use with an electric nail file.

Protocol:
Using the Barrel Drill Bit - Red - D8
-Select the bit based on the material or the work surface.
-Unlock the safety ring on the electric nail file.
-Insert the bit without pushing it all the way to the bottom.
-Lock the handpiece safety ring.
-Adjust the rotation speed according to the work being performed.
-Apply moderate pressure and use a suitable angle for precise filing.
-Once the work is finished, unlock the safety ring and remove the bit.
-Follow the cleaning and sterilization protocol before the next use.
-Maintenance and recommendations
To preserve the effectiveness of the bit, it is recommended to use a Nylon Brush to remove embedded dust and material.
When changing the direction of rotation, the electric nail file must be completely stopped.
If the bit breaks in the handpiece, it can be extracted using a strong magnet after unlocking the safety ring.
