Protocol:
Applying Semi-Permanent Gel Polishes
- Prepare the natural nail using a manual or mechanical method.
- Use Nail Fresh to dehydrate the nail surface.
- Apply a Soak Off or Universal Base, then cure for 30 seconds.
- Apply the color in one or two coats.
- Cure under a lamp (minimum 36W) for 30 seconds.
- Apply a top coat, then cure for 60 seconds.
- Tip: If the color tends to shrink, wipe the residual layer of the base with a dry, lint-free cotton pad.
Removing Semi-Permanent Gel Polishes
- File the surface with a medium to coarse grit, then gently refine near the natural nail with a softer bit. Moisturize cuticles after buffing.
- Soak the nails in a removal liquid or use foil wraps for approximately 10 minutes. Then, gently remove the residue, buff, and moisturize the nails.
