Usage and Compatibility The No-File Builder Gel - Glitter Milky features a revolutionary formula: an extra-fluid, water-like texture with slight thixotropy. This formulation minimizes cuticle flooding and is perfectly suited for artificial nail applications. This builder gel is ideal for beginners, as the no-file technique simplifies application and saves valuable time. Professionals will appreciate the ability to work on several fingers at once before curing, allowing for a fast and efficient set. These extremely strong gels offer the ideal rigidity for overlays and medium to extra-long extensions. However, they are not recommended for short or soft nails, where a Rubber Base is preferred. This product may cause a slight heat sensation under 36W UV/LED lamps. For more powerful lamps, use the low-heat mode for optimal comfort. Check the "Protocol" tab for more details.
Protocol:
Applying No-File Builder Gel
-Prepare the natural nail mechanically or manually.
-Dehydrate the nail surface with Nail Fresh.
-Apply the Universal Base, cure for 30 seconds.
-Apply the No-File Gel using the no-file technique.
-Cure for 60 seconds under a UV/LED lamp.
-Remove the sticky layer with Cleaner.
-If necessary, refine the shape or use a buffer to create grip for your color, nail art, or top coat.
-Then apply your HEMA-Free O'Top Finish.
-Cure for 60 seconds under a UV/LED lamp.
-No-File Builder Gel Infill
-De-bulk the gel with a file or a nail drill (coarse to medium grit).
-Remove 70 to 80% of the material.
-Prepare the natural nail and follow the application protocol steps.
-No-File Builder Gel Removal
-De-bulk the gel with a suitable file or nail drill (coarse to medium grit).
-Thin the material near the natural nail with a fine-grit bit.
-Buff the nails with the Xtra Shine file.
-If needed, apply a thin layer of Soak Off Base to protect your nails, then cure for 60 seconds under a UV/LED lamp.
-Hydrate the cuticles with Cuticle Oil.
