Applying Russian Volume Lashes
-Cleanse natural lashes with a suitable lash shampoo.
-Apply a primer to optimize adhesion.
-Pick up an extension or a fan with tweezers.
-Lightly dip the base into the adhesive.
-Place it onto a natural lash approximately 1 mm from the eyelid.
-Repeat until the desired volume is achieved.
