Applying Russian Volume Lashes
-Cleanse natural lashes with a dedicated lash shampoo.
-Apply a primer to optimize retention.
-Pick up an extension or fan with tweezers.
-Lightly dip the base into the adhesive.
-Position it on a natural lash, approximately 1 mm from the eyelid.
-Repeat until the desired volume is achieved.
